Theseus & the Minotaur
Both Year 5 classes were extremely lucky to have Big Brum Theatre visit on Thursday 17th October to present a workshop/performance of the myth
Theseus & the Minotaur.
The theatre group did a superb job as the session was very interactive and engaging throughout and made pupils think deeply, question and reflect on the characters and
plot. The actors stopped after each key chapter of the story to engage with the pupils and repeated the question "What did you see?" and "What did you hear?"
to encourage active participation and higher order thinking skills.
The performance was exceptional and pupils thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
