Jonathan's Jungle Roadshow!
On Tuesday 19th October, Year 2 were very excited to meet some visitors to their classes.. Altogether Year 2 met 9 animals. In order of appearance, there were 2 tarantulas (called Elsa and Elvis), 1 scorpion (called General Moff Tarkin), 4 stick insects (called Twiglet, Kylie, Emerald and Marble), 1 snake (called Tango) and a Dalmatian gecko (called Pongo).
Below are some of the photographs taken during the morning. All of the children were so well behaved and very respectful of the needs of the animals. Jonathan asnwered all the questions asked. The children were eager to learn about all these different animals and how they have adapted to their environment.
