Term 1 and Greek Learning Logs

A3 and A4 have had a great first term in Year 5.  They have all enjoyed their learning, which has included finding out about the Ancient Greeks, learning about Earth and Space in science, developing their fiction writing ready to write their own myth, beginning to play the ukulele, netball and tag rugby and finishing off the term with amazing learning logs and art linked to history, which included jelly printing (not to mention lots of maths too!).  We hope everyone enjoys a break over half term and see you all in November.

 

We have left you with some photos of our cloakroom (as adults cannot come into school) displaying the amazing learning logs, which were presented to classes this week.  A big thank you to all children (and adults!) for your amazing effort!
