Astronomy Visitor
Year 5 were extremely lucky to have Mr Andy Masson visit them on Tuesday and present his amazing hobby of astronomy!
Mr Masson brought in his own telescope and showed pupils a detailed slide show explaining all about the Earth, Moon, Sun, The Solar System and constellations. Pupils enthusiastically listened and asked sensible questions, learning lots of interesting facts about the planets, galaxy and universe.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to Mr Masson, who gave his time freely and did a fantastic job at inspiring the year 5 pupils. This has really helped our year 5 topic Earth & Space.
