Science Rocks!
In Science in Term 1, our topic was rocks. The children started the topic by going on a rock hunt where they had to find the most interesting rock they could!
Then, in our classes we compared the rocks, looking for similarities differences and then used this information to classify them using a Venn Diagram.
The children then carried out a 'rock erosion' test which they really enjoyed and got to make lots of noise doing! They were testing different rocks to see which one was the most likely to erode.
