World Book Day

What a great week Year 2 had for World Book Day! We read Meerkat Mail by Emily Gravett.

The children enjoyed reading the postcards from Sunny to his family. At the end of the week, they wrote to our families telling them what we had done. The children learnt how to write Book Recommendations as well as Book Reviews.

On Thursday the actual World Book Day, there was great fun deciding which colour crayon everyone was. 

Y2 met with their buddies and listened to picture books read by the class teachers.
