Science - Beak Experiment
In our Science topic of Evolution and Inheritance, pupils investigated how different shaped 'beaks' could collect different types of foods, which led to birds adapting their beak shape depending on the different foods available over a long period of time. This helped the pupils understand Darwin's theory of evolution and the concept of 'survival of the fittest'.
