Times Table Rockstar Day!
What a brilliant day we had celebrating Times Table Rockstar Day! It was wonderful to see the children (and teachers!) dressed up as rockstars, complete with guitars, glitter and lots of sparkle. We kicked things off with a whole-school assembly, which was a fantastic chance to see everyone together in their rockstar outfits.
Year 3 then took part in an exciting Times Table Rockstar battle in the hall, with lots of cheering and encouragement all round. The children showed off their amazing maths skills and gave it their all – they really did “rock” their times tables!
Afterwards, we met up with our Year 5 buddies before enjoying a special lunch with ice cream for dessert. The whole day was full of fun, energy and smiles, and the children had a fantastic time.
