Shakespeare - Macbeth and Romeo and Juliet
Year 6 pupils studied two of Shakespeare's plays: Romeo and Juliet and Macbeth. They greatly enjoyed learning about the plays and there were lots of opportunities for speaking and listening activities such as acting out the plays, conscience alleys and hot-seating. They also produced some fantastic pieces of writing based on the plays.
