Curriculum Map Autumn 2025

Below you can find the Curriculum Map for Y5 Autumn Term. 

Our topics are very exciting this term. Y5 will be learning all about Extreme Earth in Geography. Looking at different parts of extreme events such as tsunamis, avalanches, tornadoes, hurricanes,volcanoes and earthquakes. In SCience, Y5 will be investigating different Forces such as gravity, air/water resistance and friction.

English is linked to our Geography topic, Y5 will learning the skills to needed to wrote diary entries and explanation. Pupils will be refining their vocabulary choices throughout the year.
