World Book Day
Our day started off with a Whole School Assembly - what a colourful scene. Mrs Walsh read The Detecttove Dog which made Miss Hill and Mrs Northam laugh out loud. Both classes were then read to by Y6 pupils which they enjoyed. V3 learnt a lot about Starfish (there are 1500 different species!)
V3 and V4 visited the Book Tasting Cafe in order to have a quick look through a range of books. If they liked them, they had the opportunity to write the titles down on a book mark. A Book Swap also happened during the day. Pupils were very excited to see the different books they could choose.
