Anti-bullying Week
During Anti-bullying Week, Year 6 pupils looked at the different roles played in bullying scenarios. Often it is more complex than a person who is doing the bullying and a victim; there could be a target/victim, a defender, a ringleader with assistants and reinforcers and outsiders/bystanders. Pupils learnt about how these roles can change and the importance of speaking out if you are a bystander or outsider. They also looked at different scenarios and how they might use 'power for good' to stamp out bullying.
