Summer Term Curriculum Map

In the Summer Term 2024, Year 2 are learning about Explorers in History such as Neil Armstrong and Christopher Columbus. They will be learning about the different Explorers' achievements and comparing their lives as well as the times they lived in. 

In Science, they will be finding out about plants and the conditions they need in order to grow healthily. To support their understanding of plants they will be visiting Westonbirt Arboretum. They are also learning about different Habitats and how animals have adapted over time to their habitats.

In Computing, we will be learning how to improve our coding skills but also how we can use certain programmes to make music.
