Mental Health and Wellbeing Video Resource BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire Clinical Commissioning Group (BSW CCG) were awarded funding to work with a Swindon based film production company, Create Studios. They are developing a range of short films to support Children and Young People's wellbeing and mental health, with a focus on parenting resource and support. This first film produced ‘Looking after our mental health is MAGIC’ details the 5 steps we can all take to improve our mental health and wellbeing, to feel more positive and get the best out of life.
